I recently had experience the Fire and Ice Facial with Maryam in this clinic and I can confidently say it was one of the best treatments I've ever indulged in!
From the moment I walked into the spa, I was greeted calmly. Maryam took the time to explain the process and what I could expect.
The facial itself was a unique combination of two contrasting treatments.
Throughout the treatment, Maryam used high-quality products that smelled divine and felt luxurious. She tailored the facial to my skin type, which I appreciated, as it made the experience even more effective.
After the facial, my skin looked radiant and felt incredibly soft. The redness I sometimes experience was noticeably reduced, and I received compliments on my glow for days afterward.
Overall, the Fire and Ice Facial is a must-try for anyone looking to rejuvenate their skin and indulge in a unique spa experience. Terrible Experience at Go Med Spa - Richmond Hill, Ontario

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Go Med Spa in Richmond Hill, Ontario, and I feel compelled to share it to protect others from making the same mistake.

First and foremost, I was shocked to discover that this med spa does not have a medical director. This should have been a huge red flag, but unfortunately, I proceeded with my appointment. They booked my appointment without conducting a consultation first, which was highly unprofessional.

I specifically requested filler under my eyes, but even after two months, the filler is still sitting on top of my skin, indicating that it was not injected properly. The entire procedure was the most painful experience I’ve ever had. The injector used a cannula on the side of my eyes, which left me with dull, swollen areas that persist months later. To make matters worse, under my right eye, she managed to hit a vein, causing me to see stars from the pain.

I typically avoid writing negative reviews, but I feel a responsibility to warn others. When I raised my concerns with the owner, they offered to dissolve the filler but refused to provide any sort of refund. Frankly, I’m appalled that they would think I would ever allow the same injector near my face again!

Now, I’m left waiting 6-9 months to see if the swelling will eventually subside. My face has been ruined, and I strongly urge anyone considering this spa to reconsider. Buyer beware!

I’ve seen really good results so far
I got rid of so many of my insecurities
She even discounted me on my package when I explained her I was a student and on a tight budget !
